Event Cancellation Policy

SUBSTITUTION:

If, after booking the event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.

You must contact us by email and let us know that the substitution has taken place and new attendee details so that we can ensure a correct name tag at registration.

Places at Brave Conversations cannot be shared.

REFUNDS:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund

Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 90% refund

Cancellation less than 14 days: no refund

Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.
